Return Window

• Customers may request a return within 2 days from the date of delivery.

• Due to the fragile nature of marble products, this limited window helps us address claims promptly and fairly.

Eligible Return Conditions

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Items received in a damaged condition due to shipping.

• Manufacturing defects, such as cracks, chips, or broken corners.

• Incorrect product delivered (different item, size, or design than ordered).

• The product must be unused, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom-made or personalized marble idols, temples, and handicrafts.

• Items damaged due to customer misuse, mishandling, or improper installation.

• Products returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.

• Natural variations in marble (such as color, texture, or veining), as these are inherent characteristics and not defects.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer support team within the return window.

2. Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for return.

3. Share an unboxing video (mandatory) and clear photos showing defects or damages.

4. Once approved, ship the product back in its original packaging.
